Can first-visit events be combined?
The same treatment can only be used once,
but different treatments can be combined.
Do you offer skin analysis? Is there an additional fee?
If you proceed with a treatment, skin analysis is provided free of charge upon request.

Which generation of Ulthera do you use?
We currently use the original Ulthera device, not Ulthera Prime.
The difference between the two is only the monitor display;
the treatment method and results are exactly the same, so there is no difference in effectiveness.
Do you have 10Thera?
We do not use 10Thera, but we offer Shrink, which provides similar yet superior results.
Is sedation (sleep anesthesia) available?
No. We use topical numbing cream and local anesthesia only.
Is treatment by a female doctor available?
Currently, treatments are performed by male doctors.
Can I choose a specific doctor? Is there an extra fee?
Availability depends on the schedule. There is no additional charge.
Is a doctor consultation available? Is there an extra fee?
Yes. If you request a doctor consultation at the time of reservation, it is available at no extra cost.
Are consultation and treatment done by the same doctor?
Yes. After the doctor consultation, all treatments are performed directly by the doctor.
Is there a consultation fee?
If you proceed with treatment, there is no consultation fee.
If you only receive a consultation without treatment, a 30,000 KRW consultation fee applies.
How long does the entire visit take?
Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the clinic situation.
What are the last appointment times?
Weekdays: Last appointment at 6:30 PM
Weekends / Holidays: Last appointment at 3:30 PM
How long should Duoderm be applied after mole or pigmentation removal?
Mole removal: About 1 week
Pigmentation removal: Usually not required
How should I use the bruise/soothing ointment provided by the clinic?
Apply a thin layer 2–3 times a day.
What type of fillers do you use?
We mainly use Juvederm fillers.
What type of Botox do you use?
We mainly use Xeomin and Allergan Botox.
Can I visit with makeup on?
Yes. Cleansing and face washing are available in the clinic.
Can I wear makeup the day after treatment?
In most cases, yes.
This may vary depending on the procedure, so please confirm during consultation.
Can I receive treatment after eyebrow tattooing?
Yes. Treatment can be done while avoiding the eyebrow area.
Gel or cream products may come into contact with the eyebrows.
Are treatments available for minors?
Patients under 19 years old must visit with a guardian or bring a guardian consent form.
Can I bring a child with me?
Yes, children are welcome. However, please note that we are unable to provide care for young children.
We kindly ask that they remain seated on a chair next to the treatment bed or in the waiting area during the procedure.

Yes. Our clinic is wheelchair accessible and features an elevator and barrier-free pathways.

Yes. Korean medical law requires identity verification for all foreign patients.
A photo of your passport is also acceptable.
What treatments are not allowed if there is a possibility of pregnancy?
Most lasers, Botox, and fillers cannot be performed.
Only gentle calming treatments such as LDM are available.
When can I wash my face or apply makeup?
Most treatments allow same-day cleansing and makeup.
(For peeling treatments, please avoid showering on the same day.)
Does the doctor perform the procedures directly?
Yes. Except for skincare treatments, all procedures are performed directly by the doctor.
Is interpreter support available?
Yes, we offer English, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai interpretation.
Please inform us of your preferred language when making a reservation.
Can I receive treatment if I have sensitive skin?
Yes. The doctor will assess your skin and select suitable options.
Many of our treatments are safe for sensitive skin.
Is the treatment painful?
Most procedures have minimal discomfort.
For treatments that may cause pain, numbing cream will be provided.
Do you have treatments without injections?
Yes. We offer non-invasive options such as peeling, LDM, laser toning, laser lifting and brightening facials.
Do you offer treatments for men as well?
Yes, all treatments are available for both men and women.
How much is VAT and why is it listed separately?
VAT is 10%, and its separate indication is required by Korean law.
Is Tax Free (Tax Refund) available?
The Korean government’s Tax Refund program ended on January 1, 2026.
Are there extra fees for card payments?
No additional fees are charged by the clinic.
However, your card issuer may charge an international processing fee depending on their policy.
Can I do multiple treatments in one session?
Yes. Most treatments target different skin layers and have different purposes, so multiple procedures can usually be done in one session.
Our doctor will carefully adjust the treatment plan based on your skin condition, so there’s no need to worry.
Can I fly after treatment?
Yes. In most cases, flying immediately after skin treatments is not a problem.
Is walk-in available?
Due to high demand, walk-in visits are very limited.
We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid being turned away.
Can I bring my travel suitcase? Can a friend who is not receiving treatment come with me?
