For shine and small closed bumps occurring together.
An ingredient that dissolves into oil is applied together with charcoal to clear oil and dead skin from inside the pores. Because it dissolves in oil it reaches deep into the pore, and the charcoal grabs surface debris and lifts it away together. The aim is to handle shine and small clogged bumps at the same time, and it is relatively gentle even on inflamed skin.
It is done three or more times at one to two week intervals. Shine and small clogged bumps tidy up over two to four weeks, because it takes time for accumulated oil to clear and for new output to fall. It does not finish in one go — it is repeated on a regular schedule.
